Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of subscription or purchase. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if the service is not delivered as promised.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Points purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be processed for services already utilized or partially used.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days after approval.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:
- If the user has violated the terms and conditions of use.
- If the product/service has been used in a manner inconsistent with the provided instructions.
- If the user requests a refund after the specified time frame.
